Cybersecurity AI Literacy

Ironclad Tech Leaders is a transformative, year-long educational initiative designed to empower underserved youth through innovative education in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation. By leveraging culturally resonant pedagogy and world-class technical expertise, the program creates inclusive pathways into the tech industry for students from marginalized communities.

We blend mentorship, and immersive holographic learning to make AI and cyber education accessible, engaging, and community driven. Students learn to build AI agents, understand ethics and safety, and apply cybersecurity principles to real-world challenges.

Project Management & Administrative Assistant 8 weeks cohort

Our Project Management Basics and Administrative Assistant Training is a dynamic 8-week cohort program offered both virtually and in-person, designed to launch participants into high-demand workplace roles. Each cohort brings together a supportive learning community, blending live instruction with real-world projects that mirror the pace and challenges of today’s employers. In the Project Management Basics track, participants master the essentials of planning, organizing, and executing projects, gaining fluency in industry-standard tools, time management, and collaborative teamwork. The Administrative Assistant component delivers hands-on training in professional communication, scheduling, document management, and workflow optimization, all anchored in practical experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office platforms. Throughout the program, learners engage in interactive workshops and tackle real business scenarios, building portfolios that showcase their skills to prospective employers. By graduation, participants are ready to step confidently into project support and administrative roles, bringing immediate value and productivity to any organization.

Housing Assistance

Our Job Readiness Program empowers youth and young adults with the essential skills and support needed to launch successful careers. Participants benefit from expert coaching in personal appearance and professionalism, including workplace attire, grooming, and confident communication.
We offer dedicated Makeup and Hair Presentation Workshops, providing practical tips for polished, professional looks that help each individual feel prepared and self-assured as they enter the workforce. Plus, our résumé development support ensures every participant has a standout résumé that showcases their unique strengths and experiences.
With hands-on guidance and personalized feedback, our program prepares every participant to make a strong, positive impression and confidently pursue their professional goals.

Career Readiness

Achievement Pathways recognizes that one of the greatest barriers facing youths and emerging adults (ages 18–21) is the lack of stable housing and adequate nutrition. Without a safe place to live and enough food to eat, young people struggle to learn new skills or maintain employment; critical steps toward achieving independence and long-term success. Our Affordable Housing Program is designed to directly address these challenges in Scranton, PA, and surrounding areas. The program combines transitional housing, essential support services, and pathways to permanent stability. CORE PROGRAMS: Transitional Housing, Single Room Occupancy (SRO) , Eviction History Assistance Supportive Services: Case management and individualized action plans Financial literacy and budgeting workshops Job readiness and vocational training Mental health counseling and peer support Nutrition and meal planning education
